For most treatments, we provide disposable underwear and robes. For massages, you will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your comfort and privacy. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment.
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. For popular time slots (evenings and weekends), we suggest booking several days ahead to secure your preferred time.
We require at least 6 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Yes, we have special couple treatment rooms and offer synchronized couple massages. Our couple spa package is one of our most popular services, perfect for anniversaries, romantic getaways, or simply spending quality time together.
Absolutely. We use only authentic Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and preparations. Many of our ingredients are sourced locally from the Kullu Valley, ensuring their purity and potency. We never use synthetic products or chemicals in our treatments.
